Jillian
Dental Assistant
Hi, My name is Jillian, but everyone refers to me as Jilly or Jill. I am a passionate and hardworking dental assistant. I obtained my education through the dental assisting program at Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School, MA, where I received my initial hands-on training and workplace experience by assisting dental students at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, as well as obtaining my CPR, HIPAA, first aid, and x-ray certifications. Working with Dr. Elias has been an ongoing learning experience. I assist her in all restorative, crown and bridge, plus implant surgical placements. My commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care and infection control protocols is based on regular advanced continuing education and dental training to keep up with the ever-evolving dental field.
Alongside my passion for dentistry, I am very passionate about animals. Therefore, when I’m not at work, I’m taking care of or playing with my adorable pets, rabbits Cocoa and Gibby. I also love spending time with friends and family, soaking up the sun at the beach, or taking my jetski out for some fun on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough, New Hampshire.
My plans for pursuing my dental career include going back to school to study dental hygiene and soon be hired as Dr. Elias’s new hygienist.
Chrissy
Insurance Coordinator
Hi, my name is Chrissy. I am the Insurance Coordinator at North Shore Dental Center. My responsibilities include managing the administrative aspects of dental insurance claims, billing, and patient payments. I ensure that insurance claims are processed accurately and efficiently, and also communicate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Additionally, I handle patient inquiries regarding insurance coverage and payments. As an Insurance Coordinator, it is rewarding to help patients understand their dental benefits and insurance claims. Many people find dental insurance confusing, so I do my best to explain the process in simple terms. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My favorite thing to do is to spend time with my 4 AMAZING children who make me so proud. And my cutest French Bulldog, Tank, who brings so much laughter and unconditional love. I love spending time near the ocean, trees, and watching sunsets. I am always so THANKFUL for the little things in life that bring me joy. The simple pleasures in life are what nourish my soul and help me be the best version of myself at work.
